Good health and fitness are always top most priority of everyone. Our lifestyle and daily routine habits can determine how healthy and fit we are. This is not necessary that everything will be in our control in order to achieve optimal health. But there are several factors which play important role to achieve good health and fitness. This research work will be focusing on the physical fitness topic and impact of three contributing factors.

First, we will evaluate the word physical fitness that what is actually means? Fitness is combination of different physical and mental attributes which help a person to gain appropriate level of physical strength and flexibility which is necessary to perform daily tasks. Fitness closely connected to person overall health. Fitness is very broad term and can not be confined into the ability to lift heavy weights or participating in gym exercise. Fitness also does not refer to being fit physically. It also refers to individual mental fitness as well.
