There is less pesticide in organic food than conventional food but that does not mean that there is no pesticide at all in organic food. Most organic pesticides claim to be natural, but whether it is manufactured or natural, certain amount of exposure to pesticides  can be toxic to your body. A survey study in France shows that people who eat organic food on a consistent basis had a lower chance of developing cancer

According to What’s on Better Nutrition,  some foods contain higher levels of pesticide than others. Foods we eat absorb the toxic chemical we use to grow them. Although we can not avoid all the pesticides, we can control some aspects of it. Food like cranberries, green beans, potatoes, squash and celery can contain between 13 and 64 potentially harmful pesticides
