PROBLEM OF STRESS AND ANXIETY IN SCHOOL GOING AND IN THE YOUTH

What is Stress and Anxiety?

In this competitive age, there is a lot of competition in all fields which can be an education or the job field, so to deals with that competitions, the person requires to take the tension and worry in order to get the success, which disturb their whole working and personal life.

Therefore, sometimes that stress can become a very huge problem for an individual as it leads to a lot of negative effects on individual’s body. Thus, it become a huge problem for an individual as if he/she is not capable to handle too much stress as it can results in either acute or chronic stress, which can be a temporary or even permanent stress.

Accordingly, before going deep on to the topic, I would like to highlight the definition of the stress as “Stress is primarily a physical response of our body” (Muscat Daily ; Muscat, Oman, 2017)  and that change can result both in positive as well as in negative way.

For example, positive stress can be assignment deadlines, marriage pressure, event organization, and many more. However, negative stress can be any physical stress, emotional stress, mental illness stress, acute stress and chronic stress, which can give a great negative impact to the body and even can result in the death or suicide of the struggler.
