Including fitness in your everyday life can bring many benefits “Regular physical activity can produce long term health benefits. People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities can benefit from being physically active. The more physical activity you do, the greater the health benefits.” (Jones, 2016). Fitness can reduce your likeliness of developing diseases such as heart disease, or type 2 diabetes“Sedentary life-style is associated with high risk of developing Obesity, Coronary arterial diseases, heart attacks.”  (Powell, 2009). Fitness is something that should be incorporated over time into your schedule in order to make sure your journey is a successful and lasting one.When thinking about fitness, one should think about how “exercises, frequency and intensity should be used in strength training programs to achieve muscle strength, promote a healthy lifestyle.”  (Rodrigues, 2016). . When we feel good about ourselves, we are more likely to be happier in life and have more confidence. Being proud of what your body can do, and the way it looks can make a big difference in the way one carries themselves, and the things they do. Incorporating fitness into your life can help you feel, look, and be better from the inside out.
