What Should You Eat?

If you are trying to lose weight, you will need to reduce the amount of caloric intake each day. An average woman needs no less than 1200 calories per day while a man needs no less than 1500 calories per day for a healthy weight loss. A very good strategy is to start reading food labels. When you are reading them, what you are looking for is high fiber, vitamins , minerals, low in fat, sugar, sodium and calories. Yes, I just said coffee, in fact, black coffee has antioxidants and can have numerus health benefits, and it will boost the metabolism and speed the fat loss process.
